How do I get my personalized DanceCal Plan?
Upon purchasing your DanceCal Personalized Plan, be sure to fill out your Customizations Form during check out so we can make your plan perfect for you. Once we have your selections, your personalized program will be added to your member portal as a new course within 24 hours. Access to the Full Library is automatic so you can get check out the "Before You Start" section and get dancing right away. If we don't receive your customizations, we will automatically start you on our most popular 5 day/week plan. You can contact us at any time with any questions or desired changes to your personalized plan.
I have access to the Full Library but would like to add a personalized plan. How do I upgrade my subscription?
An upgrade can be added anytime! Make your way back to the "Plans & Pricing" tab in the site menu. At the bottom, you will find the personalized plan add on option, which brings your content-only membership up to a full subscription. Once this is selected, you will be automatically upgraded and your new personalized plan will be added to your member portal as a new course within 24 hours. Can I take a mix of On-Demand and In-Person classes?
Of course! In fact, if there is a class offered near you we highly recommend supplementing with at home exercises the rest of the week to give the best overall results. If you have an active DanceCal Fitness subscription and would like to attend in-person classes, you will automatically receive an extra 10% off at time of booking.
Do I need any special equipment for DanceCal Fitness programs?
Nope! DanceCal Fitness is designed to require minimal space and no equipment to keep you dancing wherever you are. If you prefer a little more support while on the ground for seated exercises/stretches, a yoga mat or towel can always be added but are not necessary.
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course! We will be sad to see you go, but your membership can be cancelled at anytime with no additional fees. You will only have access to all of the DanceCal content as long as your subscription is active, including personalized plans. Plans can be cancelled through the "My Subscriptions" profile page or by emailing us at info@dancecalfit.com
