With customizations to fit your goals, schedule, and experience level, there are so many ways to get started on your DanceCal Fitness journey. Follow these steps to make sure you choose the perfect option.
Step 1: Set Your Goals
You've made it to the hardest step in any fitness journey: getting started. We can't wait to get moving with you! To make sure your DanceCal Fitness experience is perfect for you, it's important to start with recognizing your goals. Why are you interested in trying out a new program, and what do you hope to get out of it? What kind of results do you expect to see with this investment of your time and energy? Can those goals be achieved with moving once or twice a week, or do you need more intensive training? Can you reach these goals by choosing workouts on your own, or do you benefit from structured plans? DanceCal plans have varying frequency, time, and content options to make sure your program is tailored to your goals, and our On-Demand Library is available for you anytime.
Step 2: Set Your Schedule
We get it, your schedule is nuts. Think realistically about how much of your week you can set aside for you and your goals. While the most effective personalized DanceCal plan follows a 5 day/week schedule, we have plans all the way down to once a week that will leave you sweaty and with a smile. Make the right choices for you, your goals, and your schedule.
Step 3: See Your Results
Once you have committed to a DanceCal subscription, your materials are ready for you to begin your journey instantly. Enjoy the improvements in your movement quality, mood, strength, and body awareness as you dive head first into all of the benefits dance has to offer.
